AI-assisted content

Portions of the Service — including the Daily Playbook, the weekly recap, and the “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) analysis — are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and grounded in end-of-day technical indicators. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and should be treated as educational commentary, not advice. Where analysis is described as human-reviewed, that review is for educational quality only and is still not financial advice.

Market data & technical signals

Prices, charts, indicators, and signals on the Service are derived from third-party market data and are generally end-of-day(not real-time); they may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Technical signals fire on end-of-day data and inherently lag live prices. Do not rely on any figure shown for execution decisions — verify current prices with your broker.

Third-party services & affiliates

The Service relies on and links to third parties (including Discord, Stripe, market-data providers, and embedded third-party content such as videos). 360TradingView does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, and referencing or embedding them does not constitute an endorsement. Any third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. 360TradingView is not affiliated with those providers unless expressly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360TradingView and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading or investment losses — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Membership & billing

Memberships are billed directly by 360TradingView. You can pay by credit or debit card (processed by Stripe) or with PayPal — both set up a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. New members may be eligible for a one-time, 7-day free trial; the trial is available only once per member and is not offered on repeat sign-ups.

We are consolidating all billing onto our own platform and phasing out our former third-party providers (Payrole.io and upgrade.chat). If you previously subscribed through upgrade.chat, your existing PayPal billing there continues uninterrupted during the transition, and we will invite you to move your membership directly to 360TradingView — your access is not affected by this change.

You can cancel at any time from your member dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to premium Discord channels is removed at that time. You will not be charged again after you cancel.

Refund policy

Because every new member can evaluate the Service with a free 7-day trial before being charged, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to stop all future charges, and you'll retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for. One-time purchases (such as AMA credit packs) are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it in good faith.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.

Changes to these terms

360TradingView may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
